His expertise includes advising plan sponsors on investment oversight, compliance fulfillment, fiduciary best-practices, and plan governance. Prior to joining CAPTRUST, Frank spent more than fifteen years with Vanguard, where he held the position of Regional Director for Defined Contribution Retirement Solutions. In that role, Frank worked closely with hundreds of plan sponsors, resulting in over $6 billion in new investment assets, during his tenure. Before joining Vanguard, Frank was a financial advisor at Edward Jones Investments in Phoenix. Frank has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry.
