The B2B model and partnering platform created allow these one on one programs for scale with the serving of employees, staff, and people worldwide.

Before creating WHEN, Randy was the Founder and former CEO of ReadyMinds, a legacy to assist others with their online career planning. His vision and drive made ReadyMinds one of the nation’s most successful Online Career and Training organizations for more than 16 years. Randy eventually sold the ReadyMinds assets in January 2012 to Apollo Group/ University of Phoenix.  

Randy has co-authored, contributed, and been editor for numerous publications, appeared on national television shows such as ABC's Business Week and has been interviewed by news organizations such as The New York Times, USA TODAY, MSN Encarta, and Phoenix Business Journal. Throughout his career, Randy has sought to share his knowledge and experiences with others, serve as a business leader, Board Member, Advisor, mentor, co-author and motivational speaker that helps both individuals and businesses gain a better understanding of themselves and their professional milestones. 

Randy now resides in AZ with his wife and twins. His personal and business passions continue to unite in empowering and teaching others the When Way of Life® that will improve people’s lives daily. Randy speaks of his own journey while sharing the wisdom he has learned over the last 30+ years. He impacts people on a regular basis and enjoys it.
