The majority of all face-to-face communication is nonverbal. In some scenarios, it can be as much as 80%. Most professionals are very unaware of just how influential body language is – and thus rarely do they really know for sure if they’re building rapport or destroying it - or when is the optimum time to close – or even if there’s deception present. In this presentation Dr. Brown will teach you how to both project your own body language with high nuance as well as recognizing key nonverbal signals in others – AND to “see behind the curtain” and into the your clients’ psyches.
Dr. Jack Brown
You may recognize Dr. Jack Brown from his body language analysis of the candidates on CNN during the 2016 Presidential Debates. As a nonverbal and emotional intelligence expert, Dr. Brown works with C-level executives, clinicians, office holders, law enforcement, politicians, high-end sales professionals, crisis management, negotiators, attorneys, private individuals, and those individuals interested in self-improvement - to accurately interpret others' body language - as well as the projecting of ones own nonverbal signals in the many nuanced contexts of professional and interpersonal settings.
