Designated Fiduciary Roles and How to Select and Monitor Providers
This session will focus on the various types of fiduciaries that interact with employee benefit plans. From 3(16) Administrators to 3(38) Investment Managers, this session will help define and distinguish the different types of fiduciaries, roles and liabilities, and the kinds of issues that should be addressed in service agreements of providers that agree to serve as fiduciaries.
