For over 30 years, the Phoenix Chapter of WP&BC has served as a resource to benefits professionals.  We understand the challenges of your profession and are here to equip you to successfully navigate the waters of a rapidly changing field.  Our educational programs are designed to meet the particular needs of our local members, and we encourage you to join us!  

BENEFITS OF MEMBERSHIP

The WP&BC is comprised of professionals whose experience lies in the dynamic and constantly-changing atmosphere of employee benefits. The Phoenix Chapter sponsors seven luncheon meetings each year on a variety of timely and practical benefits-related topics. In addition, the chapter provides Seminars-on-Demand, a yearly Spring Conference and annual Membership Appreciation Event.

Non-members are welcome to attend monthly luncheons, seminars, and annual conferences. Members enjoy the benefit of reduced attendance fees as well as the annual Membership Appreciation Event and opportunities to participate in planning committees, leadership positions, and program development.

Important Changes to the 2020/2021 Year:

  • All 2020/2021 year virtual events will be free for all participants (member or non-member). Please pass on invitations to colleagues that you think would be interested.
  • We will continue doing our monthly luncheons virtually until further notice.
  • All current memberships will be extended an additional year to show our appreciation for your continued support of the chapter.


PROGRAMS

Our monthly luncheon meetings run from September through April at the Phoenix Country Club, (7th Street and Thomas Road).  Meetings are generally held on a Thursday, beginning at 11:30 a.m. and ending promptly at 1:00 p.m. The cost is $55 for members and $65 for non-members.  There are also opportunities for discounts for early registration and pre-paid registration. 

All meetings will be virtual through the end of 2020.
