Can an Exchange Strategy Provide the "Win-Win" for Employers and their Participants?
Thursday, February 20, 2014
11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Phoenix Country Club
7th Street and Thomas Road

Presented by

Carl L. Cudworth

of Houghton Mifflin Harcourt and

Jon Andrews

of Towers Watson

In this session, we will discuss how an exchange strategy can produce meaningful value improvements for both the employer and participant, creating the "Win-Win".  We will focus on the products facilitated by an exchange strategy as replacement to the traditional group plan model.  We will also discuss how to objectively evaluate these products to confirm and measure the potential value gain.
