Donn Hess is responsible for driving the future innovation, development and integration of products and services that support our company vision and are integrated with the strategic intent of our firm. Previously, he was responsible at different times for leading teams that delivered participant services including our participant Web site, strategic communications, financial education and the Retirement Service Center. Donn has nearly 20 years of experience in the retirement service and investment industries. He comes to us from Fidelity where he served as vice president of Communication and Education. He holds Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses.
