Mat Sorensen is founder and CEO of Directed IRA and Directed Trust Company, which has over $1B in assets and provides retirement accounts that can invest in real estate, LLCs, private companies/funds, and crypto. Mat is also an attorney and has been at the forefront of the self-directed retirement industry since 2006. He has represented banks and trust companies who offer self-directed retirement account services and his law firm, KKOS Lawyers, has represented thousands of self-directed investors. Mat is the author of “The Self-Directed IRA Handbook” and is also a VIP Contributor at Entreprenuer.com and writes on retirement, tax, and legal topics."
